Molly Baz is a Los Angeles-based cookbook author, recipe developer, and video host, who exploded in popularity during at the peak of Bon Appetite’s reign over Food Youtube before going solo in 2020. Her second cookbook, More Is More, is out now and follows her highly acclaimed best-selling 2021 debut, Cook This Book. She also shares recipes on her Youtube channel, Hit The Kitch, and on her newsletter The Club, where subscribers get access to a huge archive + new recipes every week. Molly also started a wine company called Drink This Wine in partnership with The Marigny and tells me that new vintages will be out soon. Lucky for us, Molly is here to tell us what she’s been into.

Sometimes I forget that inside every man is a small tender child.

Doggie bags are overrated. Pockets are preferred as you will never forget them in the booth. Don’t ask any further questions, pls.
