Conner O'Malley is a Chicago-born, New York City-based comedian, writer, and actor. I stumbled upon the iconic truthhunters.com video on Youtube nearly 6 years ago and it’s been banger after banger ever since. He has a knack for capturing the quirks of a certain type of guy while lacing in sharp commentary of AI, big tech, and millennial culture, all under the veil of absurdist comedy. To me, his magnum opus is Hudson Yards Video Game (which got taken off Youtube but is still on Vimeo). It’s brought to you by “Lululemon Interactive” and is half POV of a Patagonia-vest guy collecting “Hello Points” / half animated fever dream soundtracked by Tool. Earlier this year he dropped a phenomenal short film called The Mask and his brand new special, Stand Up Solutions, builds on his signature style of satire by embodying a startup founder pitching his AI Comedy company to a bunch of VCs— I loved it. Lucky for us, Conner is here to tell us what he’s been into.

1188 6th Ave, New York, NY 10036This McDonalds rocks. I like to eat inside McDonalds especially in New York because it is like a Library that has burgers. A wide range of people doing interesting things in public like a man reading the Bible (saw this at a Mcdonalds on sunset in LA) or a guy smoking crack while listing to Ja rule (saw this at the now closed mcdondas at 8th and 26th) The employees don't care about what happens in the dining area. Once time we shot a video with two tripods for about 4 hours in the 6th av McDonalds and the employees dident care. This one has 3 floors and is a great place to work on the computer.

110 W Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46204this Panera is ok. I went here once and had a good time it was near the court so i think it was a place for people to think about their upcoming murder trial. to be honset some of the people eating inside the dining area seem like paid actors. like crisis actors, but for being patrons of a restaurant. I had the same vibe. i like Indianapolis and can see it being the center of a Post United States midwest empire, almost like a neutral zone between Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Illinois like a Central Indiana version of Vatican City.

777 E Merritt Island Cswy, Merritt Island, FL 32952I used to go hear when I worked on a cruise ship in 2010. it was the first time I was exposed to a dillards. its right by Cape Canaveral space Center, this is where the astronauts shop. I went into a coffee shop there and witnessed what I can only describe is a financial exorcism. There was a circle of employees inside of it, and a man preaching, asking God to send an "angel of any caliber" to financially help the store. This was during a period in my life isn't going to the dentist very much and I was eating Sbarro one day from the food court took a bite of a breadstick, and my molar cracked and a half.

4424 W Montrose Ave, Chicago, IL 60641This place rocks. It's the best karaoke bar on the north west side of Chicago. Right off the Montrose stop on the blue line, steps from the Montrose exit on the kennedy expresswayand in the Mayfair Park neighborhood thats home to alcoholic city workers, and their alcoholic children. One time they refused service to my brother because he got into a fight outside with my other brother. this was during the winter and his face was covered in salt, asked for a drink and they said no becuse his face was all bloody and covered in salt.
