Benito Skinner, (also known as Benny Drama) is a Los Angeles-based comedian, actor, and writer, best known for his satirical and always on-the-nose online skits. If you’ve been on any of the short-form vertical video apps (literally every app now), you’ve probably encountered Benny Drama– from his pop-culture skits, to his unhinged series featuring his boyfriend’s mom. Benito also hosts the podcast Ride alongside Mary Beth Barone, where they discuss “trends, cultural moments that altered the direction of their lives, and even the film Mother!… NOTHING is off limits.” This fall, he finished production on his tv series Overcompensating. The star-studded cast has too many favorites for us to list them all, but Kyle MacLachlan and Connie Britton play his parents, and Charli XCX is providing music, so keep your eyes peeled.
