Thrilliam Angels is a Latvia-based musician whose most recent album, This Sunrise Is Brutal, made our Best Music of 2024 list. Contributor and former guest Julian Ribeiro described him as “a trend leader, not a follower.” I first discovered him through his collaboration with Ecco2k and was super stoked on his brilliant 2023 record The Static Screams Your Name. My pal says that his sound feels “pulled from a parallel earth where artists never miss”, and it seems like the Internet agrees — his Paramore-sampling remix “I Might Brake, But I Won’t”, has achieved viral hit status in the past few weeks.
