from CA moved to NY and lived in Berlin for a little……. Nothing has impressed me a much as this full length 100% wool tweed coat from the 50s I thrifted in Oakland for $60 a few years ago. The sheep… they’re onto something That being said not so much fun in the rain :-)
This is my London fog brown coat that I thrifted with my mom for $32. I love the memory behind it and I wear it all the time. I’m wearing it right now!
Time to stop messing around with lesser raincoats and get the good one! I've seriously never loved a raincoat more than I love my ~1980s Burberrys' trench. Look for one in 100% cotton, and don't pay more than $200. If you're a fan of a more vintage aesthetic (which you ought to be — we live in a very nostalgic time), you'll never be unable to style this coat for the rest of your life. They're pretty readily available right now, but it'll be harder to find these older coats with each passing year. So go get yourself a classic Burberrys' trench in beige and be the coolest looking person walking home in a thunderstorm.
*unless it‘s something cool and interesting, like skiing or scuba diving.
every time I start going to the gym I become more uptight and less funny. plus, my taste in music goes to shit because I start listening to high-bpm edm while on the stairmaster. not to mention, we could use more chubby guys with a 70’s-character-actor type of look. spend those 5 hours a week doing something more interesting. a weekly hike is enough exercise.
Every scene, the entire movie. He’s throwing fits for 90 straight minutes. I won’t be providing reference images, so you’ll have to watch Fast Times to see for yourself.
