like little phrases or quirks you say frequently that you made up/aren’t super popular but they capture your essence.
my personal examples: - “i don’t wanna yuck your yum” - “telling a yapper not to yap is like telling…” and saying a different ending i.e. “a butterfly not to flap its wings”, “a shark not to swim”, etc. - covering my mouth and shaking my head aggressively when something is exciting 🙂‍↔️

i like asking people to say the word “hat” because sometimes when they say hat they enunciate the T and it makes me smile
i like putting paperclips on my shoelaces
when someone yawns on public transit, i try to track how far the yawn passes from person to person
i like to say “i started that.” whenever i cause someone else to yawn as if it’s something to boast
and i like leaving voicemails because i sing any song that’s been on my mind until the phone cuts me off

Its English translation is but. however it’s use is more like the phrase uh-huh like when your arguing about if something is right or wrong and you go doch instead of making a point

Videos. Journals. Planners. Calendars. Playlists. Spreadsheets. Letters to open in the future.
Keeping track of the present (in a way that is low stakes and fun) keeps me from dwelling on the past or feeling upset about changing. It will be there for me if and when I want to return to it! And I get to dip into the things I have thought and felt and loved in the past and maybe they become part of my life again or they don't!
I also love to experiment with form in the ways that I record myself. Journals are a classic, but doing something like journaling in a planner with limited space or on a calendar means you have to pick just one memory from each day. Or making playlists / watchlists / reading lists of what's important to you at a time. Embarking upon fun little challenges of discovery (places, songs, books, movies, foods) and keeping track of what you learn in an organized (or disorganized) way! Video journals or little vlogs just for yourself! Scrapbooking!
Fun in the moment to create and fun in the future to rediscover.
