there’s some innate sense of shame or failure around stopping a piece of media partway through, but time is precious. dont waste a moment finishing something bc you feel an arbitrary drive to completionism. the grains of sand in the hourglass don’t care if you got through war & peace
I’ve been doing it for years and the hype is true. Stronger core, better posture, increased flexibility, a more balanced body composition, deep sense of mindfulness The only downside is how ridiculously $$expensive$$ it is, but most studios offer new clients specials and/or class packs at a discount.
