HTTY!!! I am all for people pursuing their art and THIS IS YOUR ART. I love that the guitars are so up-front and dirty sounding. "I'm So Ill" is great -- it's all great -- I just really dig the guitar scaffolding on that one. For us nerds that care (ha) would. you call this an EP?? CONGRATS MOUSE TEETH IT IS OUT THERE. As Thurston Moore once said, "once the music has left your head, it's already been compromised." So it's for other people now!

coreydubrowa thank you, I really do appreciate the nerd talk about music. We really ummed and ahed about whether it’s an EP or an album, but I’m solidly of the belief that an album should be at least 9 tracks. This record is 7, and two of them are poems. it was a hard one, but I decided to stick with EP as it’s the first thing Mouse Teeth has released, and it’s under 25 minutes which meant we could release it on 10” instead of 12, and that feels like an EP to me!

mouse I would proudly put this on a banner and call it an EP. When my EP book comes out next month you'll see why I asked in the first place. Regardless of its platform or receptacle it's just fantastic and you should be really happy with it.

coreydubrowa I fought the EP corner! My manager (friend who helps me with everything for essentially no gain) was fighting album, but we compromised and called it an EP, but put it under the album banner on streaming cause apparently that works better 🤷🏻‍♀️

Mouse teeth - ten of swords (woefully belated)

I know I missed the boat on this one but I only just got around to listening to ten of swords and wow it is so good, especially and particularly “im so ill”, “a sword pulled from my back” (and the transition between it and “playing the hermit”). The second of these reminded me, in some abstract way, of one of my top favorite songs of all time which is mansion song by Kate Nash. Im not so good at saying things about music but I liked it a lot.
