It feels so amazing to challenge your brain and ultimately end up with a new skill. Prove to yourself you can still learn new tricks! Never been able to juggle? Try it with nylon scarves! The cloth fabric falls so much slower than balls, so just make sure to throw them high enough to give yourself time to juggle to the next scarf!
