I’ve got two go-to’s for movie theater style popcorn, both are plays on a sweet and savory - you can do with or without butter, the first one is better with, the second one is better without 1.) Salt, curry powder, cinnamon, and a *little* bit of sugar 2.) a box of either m&m‘s (regular or peanut) or Cookie Dough Bites, and a little bit of salt
absolutely! You can adjust amounts if you want more sweet or more savory and you’ll eventually find a combo that works for you! Hope you enjoy whichever combos you try!
Spicy. Salty. Make it. 1/4 cup popcorn kernels
Pop ‘em in olive oil in a small/medium pot In a medium bowl
Melt butter (quantity = follow your heart)
Mix in spoonful of Gochujang
Add hit of black garlic & dried green onions Add popcorn however you want. I like to use a bowl with a lid to shake the hell out of it. Sprinkle with flakey salt if you like it salty. Try a squeeze of lime if you have some hanging around. Eat in a dark room huddled over the warm glow of your phone screen.
Let me put you on: Nutritional Yeast (GOAT of processed foods) + salt + sugar + msg + oil/fat of your choice (lately I’ve been using avocado oil) = best popcorn ever. And it’s gotta be the loose kernels, not the bagged microwave kind
