? 💇‍♀️ ?

hello, i am struggling. i have hair that naturally lives between 2a/2b/2c types (can't quite tell if it's 2b or 2c naturally because it hasn't gotten healthy enough). i've tried lots and it's always frizzy and a bit dry so i do a hair mask and then it's too greasy/oily. i'll admit i'm using like Target products though and am looking for better investments or regimens if anyone has recs. i've tried the curly hair method which has worked for my sibling (who has far curlier hair in the 3a/3b range) but it just makes my hair either too heavy or frizzier. i've been skating by with somewhat drying shampoo/conditioner and then using hair products like oil and curl cream to manage the ensuing frizz but it's a struggle.
