I am already in bed, candle lit, podcast queued. Usually I try to go for a walk to alleviate anxiety but I’m trying to see if I can wean that off because I shouldn’t need a walk at 2 am to chill lol. (Also, for specifics, this is due to a situation I have no control over, trying to help someone come down from scariness, etc. caused me (unintentional and crazy) anxiety.)
