it's been half a year since i moved into my apartment, and i've noticed a bunch of people my age living in the building as well. unfortunately, i've failed to establish a relationship with any of them. i feel like it's awkward to strike up conversations when crossing paths in the stairs, and there's been a couple of parties being thrown but i'm unsure of how weird i'd seem if i just knock on their door asking to join.
