if i wake up in the night or a little earlier than i intended, i immediately get anxious that i won’t have had enough sleep, but because i get anxious, i can’t get back to sleep, and then i just get more anxious!!!! a vicious cycle to be sure. i’ve been getting like 6 hrs a night for the past couple of months and it’s making me feel inhuman p.s. anxious is a messed up looking word
