If you were to plan a retreat for yourself to be done over the course of one day or a weekend but mostly at home - what would you include? I guess it would depend on exactly what you were trying to achieve but I think some things in mine would be yoga, journaling, pre-stocking fridge with foods that make me feel nourished and happy, pre planned productivity tasks, monthly or quarterly planning, walks or hiking, professional reading, etc
