My various internet algorithms seem to know I eat up any art history facts or art analysis content. I just learned about the story of Hypatia of Alexandria in the “School of Athens” painting and went down my own deep dive into her life (as we know it). Or the subtle details in Norman Rockwell’s “New Kids in the Neighbors” that tell the story of segregation era United States - beautiful, haunting, oddly hopeful(?) I’d love to see the crowd share some of their favorites!
