Ever since I was 13, I've been really interested in studying in the U.K. I visited London when I was 22, right after I graduated college, and loved it. I'm about to turn 24 and I have no idea where I want to be by the time I'm 25. Recently I've been telling myself that I should just move somewhere else in the states, and then see if I'm still interested in going abroad when I'm 30. Moving across the Atlantic would be a huge leap, so I think it would be nice for my brain to be fully matured/for me to be more competent and self-sufficient before I make such a big move. However, my parents are getting older (early 60's) so I hesitate to wait until I am 30 and then move so far away when they are in their 70's. This has made me consider trying the move sooner & coming back later, if I need to. Part of me thinks I should wait to do such a big move until I am older, but I'm also aware that my 20's may be the most flexible period of my life (commitment-wise, definitely not financially). Should I take the risk while I am young or wait until I am more established & mature?
