Since I was a very small child I've gotten waves of this very intense yet vague feeling of an uncomfortable, very creepy nostalgia. It's triggered by certain tv/game characters, scents, and some songs. It's so hard to accurately describe, but it's definitely distressing and has consumed my thoughts for months at a time before. It feels like something that would be trauma-related, but I've never been able to figure out what that trauma was, if there was one at all. Has anyone else gotten this? I've been trying to figure it out for YEARS + I would appreciate ur input
