The only way i can sleep is by playing a boring youtube video that’s juuuust engaging enough to take my attention until my eyes start to feel heavy, and i drift off to sleep. But it’s gotten to the point where I am fully dependent on my phone in order to sleep. If I don’t have something to actively draw my attention, my brain peppers me with little intrusive thoughts that keep me awake. Does anyone else deal with this or have any solutions that work for them?
