Matcha people help me!!! I’ve tried everything: Sweetened, unsweetened, Low-grade, high-grade, Almond milk, normal milk, oat milk, Purées, and syrups. I can’t get my lattes to taste like the ones at cafés even if my matcha powder is high quality. I’ve followed tutorials and everything. I use the traditional utensils, and buy most of my matcha from ippodo. I feel like I’m missing something??
