Most days I love my job, but working in marketing at a nonprofit organization is a special kind of hell—particularly when it seems no one thinks your job is important and/or no one thinks you know what you’re doing (but I do, dammit)!! I want more creative freedom and the ability to discern which projects I want to do and maybe also be respected by the people I work with, lol.
