I’m pretty sensitive to sound and more often than not I’m sharing a room with someone, so earplugs have become a must-have for me. My mom has always used these and I remember thinking they were disgusting when I was younger because they look like little weird dirty bugs after they’ve been used a few times, but they’re the best earplugs I’ve ever had. I try to bring a pair and a sleep mask everywhere I go, especially when we’re on tour.

I see I’ve recommended them previously. I think they’re worth the price as long as you aren’t prone to losing little things.
They are much easier to use and more comfortable than the foam ones that always seem to be popping out of people’s ears.
The only negative I’ve found with them is sometimes they block too much in the range of female vocals or guitars, but that’s been rare and probably happens with anything other than a custom made musician‘s ear plug.

I use these when playing music. They do a nice job of turning down everything, but I also fall back on the cheap foam fellas when I forget these at home.
But seriously, as a guy in his late-30’s with mild tinnitus, believe me when I tell you this shit sucks!! Literally anything is better than nothing.

um yeah i love live music but i’m starting to notice my hearing going bad 😠i thought ear plugs were dorky but actually?? they make you very sexy and beautiful.
im not gonna plug any specific brand … haha get it … but you can get them in lots of cute colors and styles and customize them and honestly at this point i don’t even care if they’re ugly because the feeling of leaving a concert without tinnitus is IMMACULATE

This is the only brain game I’ve ever really gotten into. I had a little GameBoy type thing that only had Sudoku on it when I was younger but it kind of ruined the fun for me, I’ve realized I need to do it with a pen and paper otherwise I actually hate it.
