Lighting an incense in my home suddenly makes me feel x10 better. Is it just me? The smell, the look of the smoke in the air. I’m instantly at peace, my chakras are aligned and all the sudden I have my shit together. My favorites recently are lavender & sandalwood, vanilla rose & vetiver, loban & coconut and of course palo santo.

🕯i light some wild berry incense at least 2-3 times a day some of my favorite scents are clarity, patchouli, china rain, frankincense, isis, & dragons blood. i love to light it when i come in from smoking, after cooking/cleaning, during a shower, before bed, or just for fun. it’s a sweet treat for my nose i love to buy them in 10 packs & pick out my favorite scents in the store. they’re rlly affordable and make every room smell so lovely they give me the urge to settle in for a nice tea as well

🧘My family HATE the smell but there's nothing I love more than lighting a stick or cone and some candles. A little smokiness and flickering light is just so inviting after a warm shower.

🧁All and any kind.. Easy to make, warms your heart and soul. Lately I've been putting a brown sugar crumble on top of all my muffins and it changes everything. Blueberry, lemon poppyseed, chocolate chip, just make more muffins. (Your friends and family will love them as surprises too)

🧍This may be easy for some people but is something I had always struggled with. And it turns out the more I exercise that part of myself, the more I'm loving it. Whether it's the grocery store, a solo lunch date or shopping, I'm going to force myself to go out of my comfort zone and do it alone.

🦪A restaurant in east hollywood I can't get enough of lately.. Everything is good. Not one thing I wouldn't suggest. The muscles, the hummus, all of the kebabs, I'm literally getting hungry thinking about it. Oh and can't skip out on the soft serve. Trust me!!!!
