Here is a New diet that i Invented for gains. Basically, every time You go in the Kitchen you have to eat 2 cold Cuts. it doesnāt matter why you Are in the kitchen. you Go in the kitchen to drink Some water? Two cold Cuts. You pass through the Kitchen to go to the Bathroom? Two Cold cuts. You walk in the Kitchen by accident? Two Cold cuts. This is How you get Nice and Strong.
A dietary program I invented to get me through inexplicable phases during which I lose my appetite. Instead of not eating (BAD), I will eat:This is designed to be the gustatory equivalent of a sensory deprivation chamber. Eventually youāll begin to crave all kinds of complex and rich foods, duck and octopus and mushrooms and horseradish and finally having them will be like going from black and white to Technicolor. Going through this process always makes me so grateful for the insane variety of foods we have available to us in our modern world, like it actually makes me want to cry just thinking about how we live in the yummiest time in human history. Works best if you prepare all the white noise elements in advance and just kind of graze mindlessly between them like a cow in a pasture.
Right now iām pacing around my kitchen head banging to incubus embarking on a fruit and vegetable power eating circuit. Iām taking straight up frozen broccoli and doing sets of 10x florets like itās chin-ups or something.. switching of itās 10 x Brussels sprouts.. I can barley even taste what iām eating.. in between, I'm drinking cups filled with frozen cherries, blueberries, raspberries etc (taste like candy) ⦠sure i enjoy the popular.. casual.. communal.. ritualistic.. aspectās of preparation dining and what not.. but i think for even just 20 min out of your day itās important enough to give an approach like this a try.. and i think thereās something to standing and moving while chewing and digesting that dials in your metabolic rate.. because before you say it, yeah.. i know about smoothies Youāre not only consuming multiple servings of fruit and vegetables in such a small window of time, but produce that is flash frozen on sight often retains more nutrients than fresh produce.. āItās not so much about what you do eat, itās about what you donātā - Me
I am trying to get 20-30 plant foods in per week but I be busy as fuck and the thought gets overwhelming so hereās what Iāve come up with⦠I take 10 minutes to chop up three days worth of some raw veggies that I like to eat on the side of whatever protein. what is āwhatever proteinā? Cheese squares, cold cuts, cottage cheese, lentils/beans/any legume, meat from a rotisserie chicken or a pot roast that I prepped (also so hands off and easy). to further boost my plant intake, I have a mix of a bunch of random nuts and seeds that I can rely on. for something sweet, I plop a few scoops of Greek yogurt into a container and throw frozen berries and mango on top. EASY. Nourished. I am allotted Diet Coke as well, Iām not a sadist!!!???!!?!?
Most people Know i am a Big time spooky Guy. i love Halloween and the General halloween Season. Starting In september i like to Indulge in a horror Movie every night. Sometimes, itās hard to Choose which horror Movie you want to watch, and you might even Run out of Ideas. Luckily, there is Shudder which is kind of like Netflix except for Horror movies only. They have all Sorts of demented stuff On there. Lots of Awesome foreign Films also. Plenty of Chopped stuff to Choose from. it will Definitely get you Through november.
