I'm not really much of a re-watcher, but I always find myself replaying random episodes of this show. Whether it's growing up as an immigrant, living in the city, navigating relationships, this show hits almost every different aspects of life that everyone can relate to. Season One took place in the city, and covered different times in the character's life, but I gotta tell ya, Season Two, takes place in Italy, and it hits different. Season Two kind of evolved into a different show, but I really really enjoyed turn that it took. Oh, and the reason why I'm so stoked to rec this 4 years after Season Two ended is because Season Three is in the works!!

Nothing makes me feel like this show does. Except for maybe the comfort of a perfectly warm blanket. or a wonderful, life affirming hug from a best friend. I watched it when it first came out in 2018 but since then I have rewatched it twice(?), and each time I do, my life around me just takes on such a safe and lovely overall aura.. truly a comfort show in every way and I’m getting ready for yet another rewatch with a friend who hasn’t seen it! every episode should be watched like a film. Plus - the acting is top fucking notch, the characters so carefully treated , these Mothers are doing some Serious Mothering every episode 😩😩😩😩

I’ve never been to Disney as a kid and as I grew older I always felt like I was too old for it. I spontaneously tagged along with my family the day before they left and I think that was the best decision I’ve ever made. I’m a huge fan of Star Wars and Avatar, and even as an adult I think I had the best week of my life and I felt like a kid again. I legitimately had real tears of joy on some of the rides. It’s never too late!

While everyone is raving about their trendy nonstick pans, I’m here to bring the spotlight back to cast iron cookware. There’s a huge stigma around how hard it is to take care of cast irons, but it’s really not bad! You just gotta keep using it, and over time, it basically becomes nonstick. This article has sent off a tangent, and now I am a proud owner of a well-seasoned cast iron pan and griddle.

Antique shops have a special place in my heart because it reminds me of my childhood road trips. When I was little, I always thought antique shops were just useless junk. As I grew older, I’ve learned to appreciate the “junk” a bit more. Browsing through the aisles, they kind of feel like a time machine. My top things to look out for are vintage cameras, dutch ovens, and vintage porcelain.
