I have mint flavored chlorophyll drops I bought a while ago but have been using them nearly every day of October because they turn the water dark green and it makes me feel sinister or something. I also keep pushing it on my boyfriend Richard and he accepts the chlorophyll about 25% of the time.

I was following snakeroot apothecary on IG for awhile and I saw they had a shipment of their Popular as Fu*k tincture explode from the heat in a truck while being shipped through the desert so they were offering a discount for restocking the lost supply which made me go "hmm let me try this" and wow I love this social anxiety potion that is made from all these herbalist ingredients that make your heart open like a butterfly from a cocoon and makes you feel like you can take on the world. I take a few drops of this before I podcast, do a live event, give a natal chart reading, or go socializing. Is it placebo? Is it magic? Babe I don't care either way cuz it works! The ritual of taking the drops makes me feel unstoppable.

If anyone even gives a crap. Cured king salmon, crème fraiche vinaigrette, capers, dill, toasted breadcrumbs, lemon zest, calabrian chile oil. Inspired by Liv’s on 2nd street in Long Beach

The sweet resonant coo from nearby my bedroom window seems to have followed me from Brooklyn, NY to Long Beach, CA… Its persistent cadence, has become a point of fixation, a symbol of some continuity across landscapes. And while beautiful…its haunting refrain, unyielding and insistent, reflects the relentless march of time, a reminder that even amidst change, certain constants endure, anchoring me to the past as I navigate a very uncertain future…
