Probably helps if you're in the mood to chase a nostalgic moment of awe. Hayden Chrisiansen's brand of melodrama is formative to me and teleportation is by far the coolest superpower. Him and Rachel Bilson have some charming chemistry. Jamie Bell makes a good antihero. Sam L Jackson is just intimidating enough as the main villain. My favorite aspect is probably how Hayden's backstory is that once he learned how to teleport, he just tried to live the rest of his life in luxury by using the power to rob banks. That's baller and relatable.
I just watched the show Jury Duty - which was amazing. I loved it. But what I really took away is that I really like James Marsden’s vibe. Then a few days later the movie 27 Dresses was playing on TV and I realized that young James Marsden is also a vibe. So now I’m just into his vibe idk why exactly but he seems like a fun guy (but also prob cuz he’s hot).
it is literally a running joke between my roommate and I that we can't escape his influence and he is secretly in every movie ever.

And I have to speculate that god himself did make us into corresponding shapes like puzzle pieces from the clay"
Pick your favorite outfit. Keep buying the components for that outfit. You want to have a minimum of 7 of each item but an upwards of around 2 dozen. Be resolute in your taste. Do not stray from your path. line your closet with repeats.
The album by the Microphones. I was shown this album by a close friend as i was entering college and suffering from a sort of death-of-innocence. I was extremely depressed at the time and also extremely cringey philosophy class doom and gloom whatever. but this album inspired me to write music for the first time. and i feel like the textural exploration, melacholic but catchy melodies, and hyper-intimate lyricism all remain top priority for me today.
