Having a cat and a dog

These two are frenemies, so they bring a unique flavor of chaos but also balance to the household. It’s not easy finding a cat who tolerates dogs and vice versa. Your results may vary. I lucked out, so now I have a snuggle partner in size small and XL. They were adopted several years apart, but if people assume I got them as a matching pair on purpose, I just go with it.

cANCELLING THERAPY AS A FORM OF SELF-CARE

recognizing when staying in bed will be better for your mental state than forcing yourself to get up and pay an obscene amount of money to dig through the graveyard that is your brain sometimes you gotta go sometimes you can cancel!!! ty
