I missed the Wii craze first time around but recently got introduced to it by some friends. It’s so fun I can’t stop playing but it’s best when you have 4 people. It’s a great substitute for pickle ball in the winter.
I know, it’s obnoxious to be part of this trendy bandwagon. For all I know, you’re someone who has called to complain about the sound of people playing the game, which I’ve heard happens in certain neighborhoods. I get it. It’s essentially very loud and very big ping pong. If I can make one argument for taking up the sport, I’d say it’s that the age range of people with whom you hang out will expand greatly. The other day, I played with a 10-year old, a 30-year old, and a 70-year old. Plus, it’s a real-life interaction, and it’s easy to come up short on those sometimes.
I've been playing 3-4x a week because my boyfriend has recently become obsessed. It's like pickleball for cool people. We rotate through our friends to play doubles. In general, I think play as a form of exercise is the best. The gym is soulless. Play badminton with your friends.
This is a super-duper moisturizer that my girlfriend introduced me to. I have always had really dry skin and nothing has worked as well as this cream. I think it’s Korean so I can’t read all the ingredients but I think its dope.
So I have a precious dog whose name is Petra. She’s the love of my life but she’s a very picky eater. She’s a little terrier mix rescue dog and this is the one food she will reliably eat.
