an app i discovered this time last year. essentially a simplified micro digi-journal for tracking your moods, habits, feelings, activities. i love data and it helps me recognize my patterns, like that i tend to log my mood as "happy" and "hopeful" on days where i also log "friends" and "cafe" and "photoshoot", and i tend to log "tired" and "anxious" on days when i log "stayed home." a therapy tool of sorts

you'd be surprised to see the patterns that emerge

it's a beautiful place to tap and log activities for data on yourself. in the non-premium version you can track up to three habits, so i love to tap miles ran, cigarettes smoked, and times i've cried. i think it's important how different all three subjects are and i like to keep the skew between them as abstract as possible.

For us victims of being repeatedly told to ā€œfeel ur feelingsā€ or whateveršŸ™„ I downloaded this earlier this week and its like the emotion wheel thing it helps you narrow down from high energy/low energy —> pleasant/unpleasant —> specific emotion. It sends you a notification twice a day randomly for your check in. Then you click what you are doing and who you are with so you notice patterns over time. There’s even processing tools on there but I haven’t tried those yet so tbd on that. It’s free tho so far! I showed part of my breakdown that I found helpful but there’s so many diff charts/graphs provided. Obviously I had a not so awesome week but dw about that🩷
