Eating fruit makes me feel grounded and that I’m taking care of myself in a simple, yet effective way. The reward that comes from peeling an orange or washing berries in a colander, is that of peaceful sweetness. Studying French while eating fruit helps me embody my mistakes and to forgive myself when I don’t know something I should. I recommend doing this in the morning, maybe with pomegranates or bananas, or whatever else you please.

yum yum yum!! eating fruit makes me so happy. it’s almost grounding, like i’m filling myself with the soil and earth it came from. no! i don’t want a lindor chocolate! no! i don’t want a tasty little treat that was concocted in a lab! i want a juicy little tangerine and a bowl of blueberries thank you very much. i think as the natural food we eat becomes more and more infused with the poison of man (be it through pesticides, processing, gmos, or mass production), the more i crave real connection through my food. give me fruit! good honest fruit, please!

I definitely go through phases where all I want is one specific fruit, and right now it’s oranges. I’ve been peeling and eating an orange every day this week and it’s reminded me how much I love oranges lol. The smell while peeling it is great, obviously I love the way they taste, and they’re full of vitamin c. Can’t beat that🤷🏻‍♀️
