The flavors work together better than you would expect. Ratatouille cheese + strawberry moment. There's plenty of asian cuisine that combines peanut and garlic, so you know I'm not making it up.

This is my favorite podcast (but it is technically a radio show). I am a spotify user and have apple music just to hear this show. Hosted by Vampire Weekend frontman Ezra Koenig and painter Jake Longstreth.
Some of their favorite topics are corporate food history (guests like CEO of Dunkin), 1970sΒ rock music (huge Dead heads), and comparing the top 5 songs today with the top 5 from a year in another era (50s-current day).
This show is a joy and a comfort and one of the only things holding me down sometimes.
