i got lucky with zoloft and didnt have to switch around. main side effect for me is i’m always sleepy but i remember realizing it was worth it when i was making coffee in the kitchen one morning and started laughing to myself for the first time since i could remember

this shit will change your life. the stigma around it is still so strong... and i get why people have their reservations. new things are scary - is this gonna make me feel like a different person? will i lose my sparkle? what if it makes me worse? all valid questions... however, you will never know until you try! medications have really changed and truthfully saved my life. side note - also love therapy. don't settle for a therapist you're not feeling! anyways, there is no shame if you need meds to function. they make these for a reason :o)

ive been on it for ~ 10ish years (probably started way too young) but it gives me the power to be a functional human without diminishing my range of emotion (huge plus because i feel most alive when im laughing and crying i just don't want to be crying all of the time) prozac gave me insomnia and trintellix made me stupid. unfortunately i cannot cum like 96/100 times but i'll take that over how bad my depression was
also buspar on top of that helps w anxiety with like no side effects at all

I was born and raised in Melbourne (the birthplace of Aesop too!) so this might seem biased to some, but I think anyone who has the opportunity to visit Melbourne should jump at it. It feels like all my favorite aspects of NYC condensed into one place. There’s so much to do, it’s really easy to get around / navigate. Probably my favorite city in the world, and before people go crazy - don’t worry, Sydney ranks a close second. Sydney might be prettier, but Melbourne’s always just a little cooler.

Song of the year sorry. Wrote and produced this one with one of my best friends in his bedroom in Melbourne, and then like 2 weeks later shot the music video on my camera absolutely shitfaced at a club night I run (Nocturne) with another one of my best friends. If you’re wondering why the video is so shaky and wonky and all over the place, we were like one bump away from a k-hole. I think because of that, this video really encapsulates the hedonism of youth, friendship and the resurrection of fun club music.

I carry this in my bag everywhere. It’s probably my favorite scent ever, I’ve almost gone through two tubes. It’s perfectly gender neutral and smells different (but amazing) on everyone. I’ve put all my friends on because it’s such a clean, minimal but genuinely captivating scent. Just order a sample, I won’t say I told you so.
