this one is kinda hard but i for instance, i added it into my nightly routine, instead of looking at my phone for 10 hours, i read some. Sometimes i can get through a couple pages sometimes the a couple chapters, just depends on the day β£οΈ also reading graphic novels helps a lot too it made traditional books easier for me :)
