Figuring out the shower, whether it be staying over at someoneās house, being on vacation, or going to a new gym, is always a journey. What knob gives you hot water? Do you have to pull the thing to make it come out of the spout? Do I have to open the drain? I navigate the world through a veil of perpetual cluelessness so this can easily become a ten minute ordeal. Iāve shed blood. But on the other side, a crisp refreshing feeling of cleanliness that feels earned, and a new appreciation for the machinery of home.
