I can't believe I am even sharing this bc it is so special. get a plate of food from the weird salad bar and then take it upstairs to eat and look out the window.

embarrassed to say it took me four years to make it up there- such an easy train ride from grand central on the metro-north and a beautiful ride up. sit on the left side to get the view of the water basically the entire time 🥹 some good eats: everything bagel pastry puff from ember & grain bakery, veggie bowl from kitchen & coffee, maple donut from glazed over donuts (didn’t get a pic because my friend and i ate it too quickly), cherry vanilla ice cream from moo moo’s creamery in cold spring! sneaky good vintage and vinyl up there as well- hudson valley vinyl had some of the best records and cds i’ve ever seen, super obscure finds. yes i left with the new england teen scene cd! lmk your favorite spots in upstate for my next trip (thank you) 💘✨
