MAKING THINGS WITH YOUR HANDS

I made these teabowls with my own two paws and then some friends bought them and that made me really happy and proud. We spend a lot of time in front of screens, it’s really grounding and aweing to make a thing from scratch with your hands and see it come to life. It’s so rad 🥹

Try reading a book you would have loved as a kid

I used to try to only read “smart” books and thought way too hard before reading a book. and now I can’t stop reading fantasy novels because I’m having just so much fun.

Audiobooks instead of reading

but put your phone somewhere far away from you. And then if you need something to do w your hands do something wholesome (knitting, drawing) or productive (cleaning/cooking).
