something i’ve been doing for the past three years. maybe something i should work on getting away from? will i though? probably not. my tried and true way to fall asleep. <3
i’ve noticed a drastic improvement in my sleep quality. i was always the type of person who had to fall asleep with the tv on but even just setting the sleep timer on it has helped immensely.
lay on left side, watch at least 5min of a specific channel, set alarm on my two apps(m so eepy in the mornings) in a specific order. play an episode of a podcast (same one for now idk 3years) with a 1h timer then remain on my left side and sleep.
i physically cant skip a step
supposed to get some thunder and lightning tomorrow and i may actually cry when i finally feel the rain and hear the thunder and see the way the sky looks!!!
