Learning how to Winter - SAD lamps

Every year I fall into some glum out of sadness, and every year I realize if I just photosynthesize in the morning that I could be cured of eternal woes I thought this was a big hoax when I first came across the idea but I swear to god if you have SAD please give this a try :)

I get reverse seasonal depression where the sun and heat make me feel melancholic

So I moved to one of the cloudier cities in the US and I relish in winter. (my tip for you: many warm-toned lamps, not too bright and not too dim… some with shades and some can lights maybe that you can point at the wall or a nice Tiffany style torchiere)
