Intentionally learning something that makes u feel frustrated/annoyed

apparently this is how you know that neurons in your brain are rewiring and I think that’s pretty cool. so whenever I wanna cry because I think I’m too dumb, I can reframe it as a lovely challenge that is reshaping Brain.
