I've never actually spent time in Jersey City but I have been meaning to go specifically to visit Moda Studio. They have such a beautiful, well curated collection & their prices are *great.*

My style is at an all time high due to the fact I am currently single and have a lot of time to focus on me, myself, and I. I also live down the street from the location on classon which is run by these brilliant Puerto Rican women who wash everything in the store and take no shit. They never give me anything off and they’re so passive aggressive if you’re in the store pass closing. I love it. I have a whole process when sourcing vintage. Everything I wear has come from this store! The prices are super cute

Omg. Just went to Mother of Junk in BK to buy some magazines which were around $3 each. Pretty weird vibe in the store but worth it to look at the shoots and cigarette ads. So excited to start collaging with this!! Deff going back to buy more.

I go to this store once a week. It’s somehow always different. I love the music they play, the people, the way things are displayed, everything.

I know this might be controversial but I actually started doing this over the past few months—and I don’t mean flatulating somewhere cruel like on the subway or in an elevator, but literally just walking on the street. I realized I do not care if it makes a noise as long as I personally can’t hear it and pretend nothing has happened. It’s really liberating and has even brought me to a much more philosophical question akin to "If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?" — but more like, “if I do something embarrassing but I don’t perceive it or take note of anyone’s reactions, is it actually embarrassing?” Maybe not?

Not to be a LAME-O but I'm always shocked when the bill comes during a meal where we didn't order drinks, it is SO much cheaper (and just as yummy) *chefs kiss*

Every time there is a long holiday break from work or even a night where I don't have much going on, I find myself super anxious, desperately looking for a way to do something productive (write, clean, bake then clean more, workout, do a task I've been putting off). My boyfriend, on the other hand, is realllllly good at RELAXING. Yesterday he spent the whole day in bed watching Tiny Desk on the T.V., drinking tea, reflecting and relaxing. At the end of the day he said it was much needed and then went to bed early. In 2024 I want to be able to do NOTHING and feel good. Like really good, not fake good. Haven't done it yet but I think I would highly recommend it.
