Tilda Swinton’s breakout role serving historical c**t/babygirl/queerdo over a timeline of centuries. it’s a costume drama that never let’s the costumes get in the way with queer icon quentin crisp making an appearence. 👠👞 catch it on tubi for free.
Last year I watched Orlando, the 1992 period drama based on the Virginia Woolf novel of the same name, starring Tilda Swinton, for the first time. In case you don’t know, it’s about an Elizabethan nobleman who can’t die and one day wakes up to discover he’s a woman. I don’t think I’ll ever go six months again for the rest of my life (presumably, unlike Orlando, I’ll die one day) without watching it. It hurts when she breaks the fourth wall.
genius sex opera acted by the kind of british stage actors that get knighted. some incredibly arresting frames. classical depiction of a caesar as a little gay boy that’s totally crashing out. a few theaters are showing this in 35mm rn, go and learn some brand new ways to have sex
Love my bodum french press, burr coffee grinder, and goose neck electric kettle combo. It’s not the easiest to clean or most “afforable”, but the payoff in flavor is unmatched in the longrun. ☺️☕️
Picture it: you’re having a cup of black tea in a tannery amongst the birch and oak trees on a sunday. The most compliments ive ever gotten have been this one. The nose knows…🍂🌾☕️🥃🥵
