The one singular thing that helped me get back to sleep yesterday /this morning at 4 am. I tried so many damn things (writing in a notebook, drinking hella water, eating a snack, drinking milk, breathing exercises) and then realized if this didnt work I was a lost cause. Of course this worked. Ediyasmr knocks me outtt and puts me into a deep relaxation state before doing so.

- green noise. objectively better than any other noise. just knocks me out, plus gives you much deeper sleep. here’s my favourite. - lectures on something you‘re not even remotely interested in. for me it’s physics. - asmr ?? i dunno, i like it. - breathing fresh air. nothing like a bit of fresh air for a city person. we’re all oxygen deficient. - meditation. i love Medito (it’s on appstore and google play) meditations. not sleeping sucks, hope you get better soon!
