Theband’s performance, theaudience’s energy, the feeling of unity. Pretty sure it was 2015, at the Mayan in LA. It’s been rare in my experience for everything to come together like that. The Eras Tour was great fun for those same reasons. It was like a cross between Disneyland and a college football game. Guided by Voices is great, Peter Murphy & David J doing Bauhaus was fantastic, Pom Pom Squad rules.
