Working with your friends and helping each other to be/become successful is the best way to work. Mostly because it seldom feels like work! Making something special that others enjoy with people you care about is so much fun and is always more rewarding than the alternative. Doing this fairly and genuinely taking care of one another is obviously important here. But itβs the best and is always special!!
