Get off that damn phone (the irony does not escape me)!! This app genuinely has made me so much more aware of my exact social media habits. It’s good to put barriers and boundaries between you and the apps that disconnect you from everything.

Prevents me from spending an unwell amount of time on instagram and twitter. It shows you how many times you’ve tried to get on an app in the previous 24 hours and makes you do some extremely annoying task beforehand. Bonus points if you turn on front facing camera so you are forced to look at yourself every time you go to sad scroll. It is rewiring my brain to feel disgust when I click on those evil apps

something unique about me is that I need to be on my phone less. this app has been the most helpful deterrent for some reason...don't want to spoil how but every time I want to open instagram, for example, I have to do something humiliating like "exercise patience."

Save your routine morning poop for the workplace and start your day with a nice little break. They can’t tell you no! Nobody will know it was you! And if they do, they literally can’t say anything about it, it would be ~unprofessional~. It’s a social lockout. Chances are your employee bathroom is pretty well-maintained and there is the added benefit of having some extra cushion time in your morning routine. And if you have a fear of pooping outside of your home, get over it, everybody poops and no one cares or is too socially afraid to mention it.
