underdressed in the winter
i kind of think it’s cool to be underdressed and just suffer through the 20° but i also think it’s cool to have a cool coat. i’ve also been wearing a trapper hat everyday as a way to trick my mind into thinking im sufficed (i’m not) shoutout the heat tech pants (gatekeeping) i’ve been wearing, they’re the only ones that fit under the tight jeans

it’s always easier to peel off layers than to be too cold on a walk! i go nuts w shirts under shirts, long underwear or leggings under my jeans, scarf to cover my face. i’ve never regretted wearing too much and it’s finally made me realize how much it rocks to be prepared

it’s time to get over yourself and start embracing the shapelessness of layers and proper outerwear. i want to be an unrecognizable bundle as i move about the streets. only i will know how cozy i am and how nice the crisp air feels from my cocoon
