Me and a friend have started doing virtual coworking once a week. We video call in the morning and do a big brain dump with all the things we want to do that week and give each other advice. Then we gossip for a bit (important). Then we sit down and video call (I do it on my phone to stop me scrolling) and set a timer to work for 50 minutes. I get so much done!
