I’m only recently becoming TJ pilled because I don’t have a convenient location near me but this video where this guy reviews all their frozen pastas got me to make a special trip. Essentially, all of their gnocchi items are exceptional. The cacio e pepe gnocchi in particular blew his mind because he has a whole video of himself trying and failing to make an authentic cacio e pepe recipe (which is literally just pasta water and parmigiano reggiano) and was stunned at the experience that came from a frozen bag. Anyway, I bought all the gnocchis and the cacio e pepe was very tasty.
Noble Cellar in syracuse. market price chef’s pasta: sweet potato gnocchi with brown butter and sage on a sweet potato foam. simple and popular dish but oh my goodness i had it a month ago and i still reminisce. you might think you’ve had good gnocchi, but you haven’t had this one. unbelievable stuff. love you.
