i wore this sandwich out one fall but tbh i might go back to eating it again cause it's soooo gooooood.
toast your sourdough with butter
scramble your eggs + fry your bacon
add chopped onion, chives, and tomato
add cheese (i usually use feta and let it melt in there)
use hot sauce and pepper to season (trust me that's all you need)
put together and you have a breakfast sandwich that you don't want to stop eating
